Portfolio: $40 million
Challenges: Captive leasing division needed a successor to handle back-office functions and lease accounting. Assets were already maintained on Infolease from previous servicing agent.
Solutions: JDR Solutions provides full management of client's portfolio assets. Contracts are sent to JDR Solutions for booking on the Infolease system. UCC statements are prepared and filed. Custom invoices are prepared and mailed to customers. All cash applications are posted from lockbox receipts. Sales and Property taxes are prepared and filed. Customer service calls are handled via a dedicated toll-free line to a JDR Solutions representative. Collections activity is handled to maintain performance of the portfolio. Accounting reports are prepared to support interface with client's General Ledger.

Portfolio: $5 million commercial and consumer leases
Challenges: Due to a recent acquisition, a certain lease portfolio was identified as being non-strategic to core financing activities and set for liquidation. Because of sudden internal changes, a new servicing agent needed to be identified with complete transfer of back-office operations within a 30 day timeframe.
Solutions: JDR Solutions successfully completed the transition of all portfolio servicing functions within the 30 day window. Services include: custom invoicing, cash posting, lockbox, collections, and reporting of portfolio data.

Client: $1.25 Billion Regional Bank
Portfolio: New startup leasing division to support growth through bank customers.
Challenges: Bank lacked support and systems capable of handling wide variety of lease transactions. Needed a platform to perform various lease management functions. Capital outlay and personnel requirements seemed prohibitive given the formative nature of the division.
Solutions: The bank turned to JDR Solutions for a turnkey solution to manage their portfolio operations. From the first deal, JDR solutions was ready to provide outsourced lease accounting, billing, reporting, and systems training to the bank staff. Client: Captive arm of international communications equipment manufacturer
Challenges: Due to a reduced staff, client was faced with insufficient internal resources and knowledge to perform specific processing functions of the lease/loan portfolio. Hiring difficulties forced the client to look outside for assistance.
Solutions: JDR Solutions provides support to client's lease accounting system. Via remote access, highly complex transactions are booked into client's Infolease database. Invoices are prepared and sent to third-party printing and mailing. Nightly job streams are performed on a daily basis.
