Company History
In 2001, a new company was established under the name of IntegraLease, LLC. It's core management and administrative staff came aboard as former CIT/Newcourt employees in Indianapolis, Indiana following the exit of their operations center from the area. The opportunity arose to build upon the expertise and competencies of these individuals in the areas of technology and servicing of leased asset portfolios. The company forged a strategic partnership with International Decision Systems and began work as an outsourcing service provider to meet the needs of their customers. To date, the company has brought on a number of new clients and participated in various consulting engagements.
In November 2003, the name of the company was changed to JDR Solutions, LLC. The change was initiated as part of an overall strategic growth initiative. In addition, the company continues to leverage the talents of its people and technology to face new challenges and opportunities in an evolving industry.
