John R. Schaffner, President/CEO

Prior to joining JDR Solutions as President/CEO John's most recent position was as Vice President, Operations Integration, for the CIT/Newcourt Integration Team. He was responsible for the efficient assimilation of portfolios relating to mergers, acquisitions, major vendor programs, and third-party servicing arrangements into CIT/Newcourt Operations.

John originally joined Newcourt in December 1995. His previous positions within the commercial finance and leasing industry included all aspects of credit, lease administration, collections and documentation management. He has 18 years experience in the industry spanning 10 years with Circle Business Credit (a Xerox Credit Corporation subsidiary), 3 years with Lessor Capital Services (a privately owned lease administration outsource provider) and most recently 5 years with Newcourt.

John is a 1973 graduate of Indiana University.

Richard V. Lewis, VP Business Integration

Richard is the Vice President of Business Integration for JDR Solutions. He previously was a Senior Vice President, CIT Business Integration, acting as the project manager for a major initiative to consolidate four remote Vendor Technology Finance business units into the Livingston Headquarters Operations Center by year-end 2001.

In 1997, Richard was the Senior Project Manager responsible for "building" the leasing operations portion of Dell Financial Services (DFS). For nine months in Austin, Texas, Richard managed the combined Newcourt and Dell Computer project team of over 150 members. The effort resulted in the launch of one of the largest technology-based finance captives in the U.S. (now with assets of 3 billion + and over 700 employees). Richard's other significant integration projects for CIT include managing the Snap-on Credit vendor implementation (1996), leading major sub-projects for Agilent Financial Services in the U.S., Canada and Latin America (2000), and project manager for build-out and consolidation of three business units into the Jacksonville Florida Operations Center (1999).

Richard has 25 years experience managing banking and financial services systems and operations. Prior to CIT he was with Xerox Credit Corporation for 8 years and Systems Manager for Merchants National Bank for 12 years. Richard served four years as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering in both command and staff assignments.

Richard Lewis is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics.

Douglas R. Williams, CIO

Doug Williams is the Vice President/CIO of JDR Solutions. His current guidance has created an IT infrastructure capable of supporting staff members, joint ventures, internet presence for multiple ecommerce customers, and international ASP solutions.

Prior to JDR Solutions, from 1998 thru 2001, Doug led CIT's InfoLease Service Bureau as their application development manager with responsibilities for staff located in multiple international locations. His primary responsibilities were to identify enhancements required and direct assignments to the analysts and software developers. He established quality assurance guidelines and environments, and implemented processes for the life cycles of software implementation. Unique personal expertise was acquired in automated collection interfaces, securitizations data reporting, data warehouses, user-friendly customer interfaces maintaining specific InfoLease standards, as well as conversion processes from and to InfoLease databases.

Doug has 7 years in the brokerage industry holding a stockbrokers license, managing the systems operations with automated interfaces to the Chicago Board of Trade, and created and managed user assistance departments. He also spent 9 years in the health care industry, managing multiple office relocations, overnight growth expansions, automated medical claims adjudication between providers and health care benefit administrators, and developed financial administration systems.
